Spa and Wellness: Concept, Positioning and Development
Sarah Miller and Partners worked as brand consultants for Hotel St George’s in-house wellness retreat, St George Care spa. Sarah and the team developed an overall concept for the spa, from the aesthetic to its offerings and facilities.
This included conducting the customer journey, researching and assessing Hotel St George’s numerous competitor sets and developing a spa and wellness offering which was unique enough to attract local guests, but also remain in-keeping with Hotel St George’s brand values.
Sarah also assisted with recruitment and the procurement of spa product partners.
